Our Client, a leader in the Hospitality and Catering Industry, seeks to employ a Catering Manager to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Cape Town area. Duties & Responsibilities Adhere to food and industry regulations and standards. Oversee food preparation and customer service. Manage seating arrangements, serve meals and beverages, and clear tables. Plan menus and oversee venue, equipment, food, and service preparations. Monitor catering stock, supplies, and place replenishment orders. Train and manage kitchen staff. Coordinate with customers, sales staff, chefs, and catering equipment providers. Manage stock and place orders as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Arrange food tastings with potential customers. Hire, train, and supervise catering staff. Desired Experience & Qualifications Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a similar role. At least 1 year of experience in the Catering and Hospitality Industry. Integrity and professionalism. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Clear criminal record.
