We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Therapist to join our clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to provide innovative treatment approaches while working with some of the most complex and high-acuity adolescent cases in behavioral health. The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy, lead treatment planning, manage caseloads, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct therapy: minimum of 1 individual session weekly with each client on caseload. Facilitate assigned group therapy sessions and contribute to innovative programming. Maintain consistent communication with families through weekly updates. Develop and update treatment plans: Initial plan within 24 hours of admission. Individualized plan within 7 days. Discharge plan within 7 days of discharge. Ensure accurate charting, documentation, and insurance/third-party updates. Support safe discharge and coordinate transitional care. Participate in weekly clinical team meetings and collaborate across departments. Rotate into weekend on‑call coverage as assigned. Adhere to Joint Commission protocols and internal quality standards. Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Counseling. Licensure: LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or equivalent (preferred; must be eligible for licensure in Utah). Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience (preferred). Demonstrated ability to work with complex, high-acuity mental health cases. Proficiency in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and documentation standards. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $83,000.00–$96,000.00 annually (commensurate with experience).
