About the Role
Our rapidly growing company seeks an experienced and driven Office Manager to oversee operations in Amsterdam. As Office Manager, you will ensure seamless coordination of all office functions and projects, from creating auction lists to overseeing global delivery logistics with various international carriers. You’ll also take charge of managing office staff, enforcing financial compliance, and maintaining precise accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of project timelines to meet global deadlines, working closely with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods worldwide.
Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Amsterdam office, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed effectively.
Staff Management: Lead a dedicated office team, fostering a productive and motivated work environment.
Financial Oversight: Ensure compliance with financial protocols, manage office budgets, and assist with accounting processes to uphold rigorous financial standards.
Qualifications
Education: Degree in business, finance, or a related field (highly preferred).
Experience: Proven background in office management, project coordination, and financial oversight.
Languages: Bilingual in Afrikaans and English is required; additional proficiency in European languages (Dutch, German, or French) is advantageous.
Personal Qualities: High integrity, strong ethics, and trustworthy. Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate reliability in all responsibilities.
