  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

  • Assist with administrative duties as needed.
  • Resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the reception area.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year in a front desk position or practical training as part of a hospitality/tourism-related qualification.
  • Education: Tertiary education level, preferably hospitality related.
  • Skills:
    • Strong linguistic and interpersonal skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
    • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Competent in multitasking and problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and any property management system.
    • Well-groomed and agile, able to present a professional image at all times.
