The following vacancy exists at ENAV8 Field Marketing Services (PTY) Ltd Location: Gauteng Job Specification: Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to) Drive Sales in relation to the products by ensuring retailers are optimally indexed on all products listed, customers are adequately trained and stock and pricing issues are escalated to the relevant CLIENT Manager and that the point‑of‑Sale material is in place Develop and maintain customer relationships and maintain self‑hygiene as per CLIENT’s standards throughout the area Ensure complete and accurate knowledge of all CLIENT products Develop a strong relationship with customers across all levels Negotiate best position for Live Displays / POS material placement for the products within the retailers Ensure all display areas are kept clean, tidy and in good working condition as approved by CLIENT Ensure that all POS material are correctly placed, relevant to the retailer and aligned to the retailer guidelines Represent CLIENT to all retailers in the area Offer an exceptional back‑up support service for all retailers, responding to all queries in a timely manner and following these through to resolution Identify promotional opportunities and execute promotions in a manner that ensures a positive return on investment Report general market trends and competitor activity Achieve monthly Sales Targets set out by CLIENT Merchandising displays: ensure that display areas are set up according to CLIENT’s standards and guidelines and highlight any problematic areas in merchandising placement Report on retailer pricing issues and requirements Take photos of displays in the retailers and submit to CLIENT Ensure retailers are adequately indexed on stock in each store, especially during general promotional periods or campaigns Compile sell‑out strategies so that retailers order more stock Inform CLIENT of product failures/complaints Inform CLIENT service issues and any customer relations management areas that may impact retailer relationships Identify and inform CLIENT of stock no longer in the market or cannot be sold, and develop sales clearance strategies for aging/discontinued product lines aimed at clearing these products from the retailers Ensure that all pricing is correct Ensure CLIENT’s approval is sought and approved via email at least two weeks in advance should a Hub Manager require specific retailer sales support, promotion assistance and/or giveaways Provide daily field activity reports Provide daily updates on targeted outlet stock levels as well as sell‑out of CLIENT products and identified competitor models Attend regular new product and refresher training sessions and other skills training as may be required by CLIENT Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product, evaluated by CLIENT at regular intervals Dress in the CLIENT uniform at all times Ensure XPs are approachable at all times Report any queries or red‑flag issues related to the in‑store environment and/or other problems that may impact the sale of the products to CLIENT Accurately record information pertaining to outlet visits and merchandising activities conducted within retailers and submit such information to CLIENT Daily reports due – sales tracker and stock on hand per mall/store, staff and asset tracker Weekly reports – competitor activity, retail mapping and regional/area review Education / Skills / Experience Grade 12 or equivalent Other requirements Code 8 driver’s licence Reliable motor vehicle Experience in the consumer electronics industry is an advantage Excellent attention to detail Organised and able to multitask Willing to work on public holidays as and when required Responsible for quality of work Able to meet scheduled deadlines Able to work under pressure Working days may differ from time to time, as per client’s request Terms and Conditions Market‑related salary package Project‑based contract Location: GP Working days and hours to be discussed at interview stage Please forward a detailed copy of your CV to Please ensure that you quote reference number: HUBGP when submitting your application.
