What Youâll Be Doing Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects in line with Group IT methodologies. Define, oversee, and track project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Liaise with Business Analysts, Testers, Developers, and Solution Owners to coordinate delivery. Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting are in place throughout project lifecycles. Manage scope, risks, quality, and change control processes. Oversee vendor and third-party project delivery, ensuring obligations are met. Present progress updates to Project Steering Committees. Support organizational change and smooth adoption of project outcomes.  What Weâre Looking For 5+ yearsâ proven experience as an IT Project Manager within infrastructure environments. Formal qualification(s) in Project Management (PMBOK, Prince2, or equivalent). Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks. Strong facilitation, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience managing projects across multiple divisions and business units. Knowledge of organizational change management and transformation frameworks.  Preferred Qualifications Degree in Information Technology. Certifications in Agile / Scrum / Kanban . Formal training in Agile methodologies. IT Security and Infrastructure exposure (advantageous).  Who You Are Highly organized and delivery focused. Strong leader with excellent stakeholder management skills. Assertive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure. Professional, well-presented, and results driven. Skilled in building and maintaining collaborative relationships.  Working Hours: 08h00 â 16h30 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.Reporting To: Head of Infrastructure.
