Position Overview This is a unique opportunity to represent the Rolex brand. In a market with exceptional demand, the role of a Sales Associate evolves from purely transactional to deeply relational and service oriented. The primary focus is on delivering an impeccable, luxury client experience, managing and nurturing client relationships, and demonstrating expert product knowledge. The successful candidate will be an ambassador for Rolex, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Management (70% Focus) : Provide an exceptional, personalized, and discreet luxury service experience to all clients, in line with the standards of Rolex and Charles Greig. Expertly manage client expectations regarding product availability and waiting lists with tact and transparency. Nurture long‑term client relationships through proactive and thoughtful follow‑up via telephone, email, and in‑person interactions. Handle all client enquiries with patience, empathy, and profound product knowledge. Maintain and update the client database meticulously, ensuring all interactions are recorded for a seamless service journey. Product Knowledge & Brand Representation : Develop and maintain an expert‑level knowledge of Rolex timepieces, including their heritage, craftsmanship, technical specifications, and servicing procedures. Articulate the values and features of Rolex products with passion and authority, and continue learning regarding new models, technical updates, and brand history. Operational Excellence & Security : Demonstrate a technically minded approach, understanding the mechanics and features of luxury timepieces to build client trust. Maintain the highest levels of security awareness at all times, adhering strictly to all company security protocols and procedures. Ensure the boutique environment is always immaculate and presented to the highest standard. Assist with after‑sales service coordination, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the process. Professional Conduct : Uphold an impeccable personal presentation that reflects the prestige of Rolex and Charles Greig, both within the boutique and in the wider community. Exhibit exceptional etiquette in all forms of communication: verbal, non‑verbal, written, and digital. Required Qualifications & Attributes Proven experience in a high‑end, luxury retail or client‑facing role. Experience in watches, jewellery, automotive, or hospitality is highly advantageous. Genuine passion for luxury, horology and a commitment to becoming a Rolex product expert. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a discerning clientele. Personality that works well in both a team and in isolation. Service‑oriented mindset, where the client's journey and satisfaction are the primary focus. Technically minded with a keen eye for detail and a logical approach to problem‑solving. High level of integrity, discretion, and unwavering security consciousness. Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a benefit. Excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
