Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction. Achieving monthly and annual set budgets. Show initiative in analysing and improving business processes. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Developing sales strategies and setting targetspiling and analysing sales figures. Keeping up to date with products and competitors. Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service. Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area. Desired Experience & Qualification Must have matric and tertiary qualification. Sales experience in selling forklifts. Excellent communication and people skillsputer literacy essential and Auto Line / Advantage experience an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Working knowledge of forklifts and selling forklifts within an assigned sales territory. Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Must have a valid driver's license. Good planning and organisational skills.
