Join to apply for the Entrepreneurs Experience Analyst role at Endeavor Ukraine Overview Entrepreneurs Experience Analyst will work to seek, identify, and select Saudi Arabia's top high‑impact entrepreneurs. The Analyst will also contribute to network development, executive support, data management, and market analysis. Key Responsibilities Proactively seek out and screen high‑potential entrepreneurs running companies with $2 million to $15 million in annualized sales that have the potential to become regional and global market leaders. Assess the companies' growth potential and critical challenges as well as the entrepreneurial capacity of its team. Draft company overviews and detailed profiles to be used at Endeavor's Local and International Selection Panels, analyzing the business concept, innovation, growth potential, and management team. Prepare and help coach final candidates for Local and International Selection Panels. Keep up‑to‑date statistics on Endeavor's Selection Process and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential entrepreneur candidates. Research potential conduits to expanding the mentor network. Assist in the development of board‑level presentations and executive documents. Manage and update internal databases. Proactively support senior members of the team in daily activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, fresh graduate, or 1‑2 years of relevant work experience (international experience is a plus). Good business judgment : the ability to identify and evaluate world‑class entrepreneurs and companies. Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours and weekends at specific times. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability. Entrepreneurial personality and capacity to achieve significant results with limited resources. Highly motivated, focused, creative, flexible, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities. Excellent English written and oral communication skills, fluent in Arabic.> Strong computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel internationally.
