- **
**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
The Inventory Analyst will ensure that all Print job tickets are allocated the correct material, ink and consumable
costs as per actual issues to the jobs. Further to this, ensure the system is up to date and stock levels and job
costing is in real time.
**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Accurate processing of all error journal batches and ensure that this is kept up to date
- Analyse material variances between estimated and actual to provide detailed reports
- Execute monthly stock takes to investigate and correct all material variances and ensure recounts where
necessary
- Adherence to housekeeping standards, SHE & OSH act requirements with a “ZERO INJURY” culture compliance
- Implementation of continuous improvement practices to ensure efficient management of stock quantity and
quality
**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a stores / warehousing environment
- Understanding of stock / substrates in the print industry will be beneficial
- Strong numerical processing ability
- Advanced computer skills
