Demonstrable experience in lead generation, including hands-on execution of email marketing and social media marketing campaigns. Deep understanding of the full marketing and sales funnel, customer journey mapping, and lead nurturing principles. DutiesServe as the primary system administrator for HubSpot, managing all technical aspects including user setup, roles, workflows, automation, and data integrity. Oversee the critical integration and data synchronisation between HubSpot and ERP, SAP Business One (SAP B1). Collaborate with the marketing department to design, execute, and measure multi-channel lead generation campaigns. Creating and managing email marketing campaigns and company's social media marketing. Utilize AI-powered tools for content creation. Handling and delegating website enquiries and ensuring prompt, professional follow-up. Design and implement communication workflows in HubSpot to nurture leads, provide order updates, and manage the customer experience throughout the sales process. Develop and maintain dashboards to track the full marketing and sales funnel, from lead acquisition cost to conversion rates and customer lifetime value. Develop and deliver training to ensure sales and service teams are proficient in using the CRM and adhering to communication best practices.
