Click here to read more about our Audit & Assurance practice. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our SAP Concur team in Midrand, South Africa. Proactive involvement in business process improvement and SAP Concur enablement initiatives including implementation/maintenance/support of SAP Concur Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges Analyzing authorization and approval business processes and workflows for Expense and Invoice Understanding of SAP Concur product functionality and how it relates to business users Gathering functional and business requirements from client and translating them into the scope of Concur products/services Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes Assist in defining ‘To-Be’ stage of processes, solution application requirement and performance measurements Develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve ‘To-Be’ stage effectively Manage/conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes Proactive involvement in change for large scale multi-site, and other related transformational change efforts, including but not limited to efficiency and effectiveness initiatives; organizational restructurings; organizational capabilities development Support team with build of opportunity pipeline and proposals to clients Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently Ability to be strategic and creative while remaining detail-oriented and process-focused Lead a team of SAP Concur specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience working with SAP Concur, including system administration and configuration 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a technical or financial systems environment Strong expertise in travel and expense management processes and best practices Proven track record in project management and process optimizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Strong leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in financial management and budgeting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels SAP Concur certifications are highly preferred Experience with other financial systems and ERP integrations is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally to other office locations as needed Technical expert in specific area and/or industry Demonstrated project management skill Experience in drafting and presenting to clients Good report writing skills Sound financial knowledge and understanding Demonstrates Innovative thinking Behavioural Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Mentorship and coaching ability with desire to develop self and others Strong client delivery focus Adaptable, managing change and ambiguity with ease Focus on quality and risk Problem solving ability Additional Information At Deloitte, we want everyone to feel they can be themselves and to thrive at work—in every country, every day.
