Overview/Purpose of the Role

Essential Qualifications / Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information's Systems
- SAP Certification
- Project Management Certification advantageous
- At least 5 years of demonstrated management experience leading SAP functional and technical teams.
- Experience of running simultaneous projects in either waterfall or agile methodologies.
- Strong SAP experience in Record to Report, Order to Cash, Logistics, Plan to Manufacture, Procure to Pay, Data

Key Result Areas
- Lead internal and external teams to deliver Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects and continuous business improvement solutions.
- Oversee the solution development lifecycle process, including configuration, development, changes, testing, and documentation, then transition to production, including project management, change management, communication with stakeholders, cutover tasks, production support and impact to customers.
- Champion and direct adoption of appropriate policy, standards, processes, and guidelines, enabling business process standardization and automation.
- Establish the roadmap for making SAP technology advancements such as S/4 and cloud-based solutions.
- Maximize usage of SAP across the company by collaborating both within Africa region and globally within Group Digital & IT.
- Provide metrics and statistics to measure the operational effectiveness of the team.
