Point of Sale Manager Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Point of Sale Manager to join their team in the beverage industry in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as a proven track record of managing point-of-sale systems and campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and implement point-of-sale strategies to drive sales and improve brand visibility. Manage the design, production, and distribution of point-of-sale materials. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of point-of-sale initiatives. Train and support retail staff on how to effectively utilize point-of-sale materials. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in point-of-sale management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in the FMCG industry and the Off-Premise trade specifically. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills. High numerical ability; discerns trends, patterns, and anomalies in data with probable cause and effect. Must have the ability to retrieve, understand, and interpret data from numerous sources. Operations and Logistics experience would be an advantage. Project Management and experience in briefing and managing external agency partners. Must have a valid driver's license and own transport.
