TLNS Electrical and Railway Signalling (Pty) Ltd is seeking for qualified financial administrator with passion and willing to grow within an organization. Applicants must reside around Germiston, East Rand Region or willing to relocate. Due to the large number of applications we envisage to receive, applications will not be acknowledged. Experience Required
• At least 2 years’ experience in the Financial administrator after receiving National N Diploma Certificate.
Qualification requirements
• National N Diploma in Financial Management
Duties and responsibilities
• Bookkeeping to trial balance
• Generating Quotations, Customer Invoices and Purchase orders
• Capturing Employees daily time sheets, calculating overtime, preparing pays lips and monthly EMP201 submissions
• Capturing Suppliers Invoices, Bank reconciliation and preparation of VAT reports
• Reconciling Creditors/Suppliers, issuing monthly Customer Statements and reports
• Reviewing Management Reports & Annual Financial Statements
• Attending and resolving vendors, debtors and creditors queries
• Financial data entries into the company accounting database to be verified and reconciled
• Generating of invoices upon receipts of billing information and tracked collection progress
• Tracking financial progress by creating quarterly and yearly reports
• Entries of financial information and payments to guarantee that employees and vendors were paid accurately and on time.
• Managing Balance Sheet reconciliations to ensure that all balance sheet items are accurate and valid and consistent with Accounting Policies for the practice
• Customer Query Attendance
• Reconciling cash received with receipt
• Submission of UIF Declarations and Returns of earnings to Department of labour
• Fixed Assets register Verification and administration
• Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met
• Submission of monthly and annual SARS Returns (EMP201, EMP501, VAT201, IRP6, ITR14, IT14SD and Personal Income Tax returns
• Filling in of Tender documents, preparing compliance and supporting documents as and when are requested
