Financial Manager

Objective Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Debtors and Creditors Management: Supervise functions and personnel related to both debtors and creditors, including reconciliations of accounts and monthly statements.
- Administering UIF, PAYE, Medical and Insurance Payments: Administer UIF, PAYE, medical, and insurance payments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Cashbook and GL Management: Process cashbooks, manage the general ledger, and ensure accurate month-end reporting.
- Transaction Processing: Process all transactions, including petty cash, and journals, and ensure supporting documentation is received.
- Tax Compliance: Submit VAT, taxes, and levies to SA Revenue Services.
- Management Accounts: Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Employee Management: Track employee leave and keep a record of leave taken by each employee (Annual/Sick/FRL).
- HR Administration: Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new employees.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution.
- Labour Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
- EE Management: Support the MD with EE management.
