Job Description We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager to lead, develop, and implement our digital marketing and online sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and a passion for driving online growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and eCommerce strategies across all brands. Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives. Drive traffic, conversion, and sales across multiple eCommerce platforms. Manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics. Lead a team of digital marketing and community engagement specialists. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (merchandise, IT, finance, operations) to align digital efforts. Oversee the eCommerce customer experience, ensuring a seamless online shopping journey. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field. 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and / or eCommerce management. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and CRM systems. Leadership and project management experience.
