WE ARE HIRING

“SITE SUPERVISOR / JUNIOR FOREMAN”

We are a small Cape Town based construction company that specializes in residential renovation

projects. We focus on full turn-key projects.

DUTIES:

- Assign daily tasks & supervise daily on-site activities.
- Coordinate with the necessary sub-contractors.
- Quality control, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to health and safety standards.
- Purchasing & ordering of materials required.
- Manage manpower, resources & equipment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in English.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in the industry.
- Be familiar with construction procedures, tools & equipment, and OHS guidelines.

SKILLS:

- Ability to communicate with clients (and colleagues) in a professional manner.
- Punctual and disciplined.
- Ability to solve problems on the spot (solution orientated).
- Ability to coordinate small - medium renovation projects.
- Ability to read building plans & architectural drawings.
- You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- You must be able to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
