Mobile Key Account Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key clients across mobile distribution, retail, and network channels. This role involves driving revenue growth, optimizing account performance, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through data‑driven insights, strategic planning, and collaborative execution. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities Analyze sales, customer, and market data to uncover trends and improve profitability Develop tailored proposals and strategic plans for key clients Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with client needs Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution Negotiate favorable contract terms to drive revenue and long‑term partnerships Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for product expansion Resolve account issues before escalation to maintain client satisfaction Promote brand visibility and loyalty through community engagement and client advocacy Handle key client portfolios such as Infinity Data, 3GMobile, Evercomm, Atlas Furniture, etc. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3–5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in mobile or telecom sectors Proven track record of managing large client portfolios and driving revenue growth Knowledge of mobile distribution channels and telecom network operations Reporting to: Head of Mobile Department Location: Bedfordview, JHB Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Computers and Electronics Manufacturing and Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
