Start Date: 1 January Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain a strong Food Safety Management System (HACCP, ISO, FSSC). Ensure full regulatory compliance through regular audits and inspections. Monitor production processes from raw materials to final goods to ensure consistent product quality. Lead and motivate production teams to enhance efficiency, safety, and collaboration. Identify and manage risks within production and food safety systems. Support training initiatives for staff on safety, quality, and compliance. Manage supplier relationships to ensure raw materials meet quality standards. Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies. Drive continuous improvement in food safety and production operations. Requirements: Millwright qualification (or similar technical certification) advantageous. 3–5 years of relevant experience in production management, food safety, or similar roles. Solid understanding of FSMS, HACCP, and ISO standards. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook). Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Verseker voldoening aan alle wetlike en regulatoriese vereistes deur gereelde ouditte en inspeksies. Moniteer produksieprosesse van grondstowwe tot voltooide produkte om konsekwente gehalte te verseker. Lei en motiveer produksiespanne om doeltreffendheid, veiligheid en spanwerk te bevorder. Identifiseer en bestuur risiko's binne die produksie- en voedselveiligheidsprosesse. Ondersteun met opleidingsinisiatiewe vir personeel oor veiligheid, kwaliteit en nakoming. Hanteer verskaffersverhoudings en verseker dat grondstowwe aan standaarde voldoen. Ondersoek enige insidente en implementeer korrektiewe aksieplande. Hou deeglike rekords en voorberei verslae vir bestuur en owerhede. Bevorder deurlopende verbetering in produksieprosesse en gehaltebeheer. Vereistes: Millwright-kwalifikasie (of soortgelyke tegniese kwalifikasie) voordelig. 3–5 jaar relevante ondervinding in produksiebestuur, voedselveiligheid of verwante omgewings. Sterk kennis van FSMS, HACCP, ISO-standaarde. Vaardig in MS Office (veral Excel en Outlook). Uitstekende probleemoplossings- en kommunikasievaardighede. Vermoe om onder druk te werk en prioriteite te bestuur. Eie vervoer en geldige bestuurslisensie. Karaktereienskappe: Sterk leierskap en spanbestuur. Aandag aan detail en akkuraatheid.
