Business development consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel revenue growth.
- No one that has not worked in the recruitment industry agency environment (no internal talent acquisition).
- Proven track record in running a successful recruitment desk in the recruitment industry (at least 3-5 years)
- Someone with a focus on Business Development and with an interest in Business Development.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and implement effective business development strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance of business development efforts, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- This person will work for Advtech Resourcing in all niches and report to the head of business development directly.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
