Implement company policies, troubleshoot moulding issues, and mentor employees. Liaise with toolroom for mould/machine requirements. Requirements: 10+ years' experience in plastic manufacturing and injection machine setup. Tertiary qualification required. Strong analytical and communication skills (all levels). Well-organized, disciplined thinker with exceptional work ethic. Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English (written and spoken). Thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at problem-solving with initiative. Meticulous attention to detail with a team-oriented approach.
