About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedLearning & Development Managerto lead, design, and deliver our L&D programmes. This role will oversee the full training lifecycle—from needs analysis and content creation to facilitation and evaluation—ensuring our employees are equipped with the skills to excel. The successful candidate will work on-site in Durban and play a strategic role in shaping our organisational learning culture. Key Responsibilities Lead the Learning & Development function, aligning training initiatives with business objectives. Design, develop, and implement leadership development programmes. Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and instructional design processes. Facilitate engaging training sessions for various levels of the organisation. Partner with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and recommend tailored solutions. Manage the evaluation of training programmes to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement. Lead and mentor the L&D team, fostering innovation and professional growth. Candidate Requirements Proven experience inLeadership Development. Proficiency inLearning Management SystemsandInstructional Design. Strong skills inTraining FacilitationandInstructional Delivery. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
