Role Type : Full-time Engagement : Independent Contractor Job Summary We\'re hiring ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) from South Africa to join fast-growing telecom companies serving global markets. In this remote B2C SDR role, you\'ll be at the frontlines of customer acquisition, connecting with individual consumers to promote innovative telecom products and services. If you\'re a strong communicator with a passion for sales and want to work from home, this is the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups with potential B2C customers. Qualify leads, build rapport, and educate prospects on telecom service offerings. Manage leads and track interactions through CRM systems. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality. Gather customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvement. Qualifications 1+ year of outbound sales or telesales experience (B2C or B2B). Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, engaging phone presence. Strong ability to build trust quickly with individual consumers. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and target-driven environment. Telecom experience is a plus but not required.
