Duties & Responsibilities Operational Delivery Move and position office furniture and equipment in and around the campus. Assemble and disassemble furniture as required. Carry out basic labelling of assets during moves. Support I.T. teams with safe movement of I.T.-related equipment. Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and in line with OHS requirements. Keep storage / workshop areas neat tidy and organised. Take before-and-after photos of completed work for record purposes. Maintain tools in good working order. Report and log all moves and churns activities via the TFS Helpdesk. Undertake inspections of store areas and equipment as directed by the Supervisor. Lead and direct the Moves and Churns Assistant Service Delivery Management Ensuring performance requirements are met (SLAs and performance management) Maintain an accurate record of all Move and churns requests actioned. Work with teams to develop and maintain a customer‑focused attitude toward activities Customer Focus Interact with clients to provide and process information in response to enquiries concerns and requests about services Work with processes and procedures in such a way that operational efficiencies and performance are enhanced Attend to and resolve all client queries timeously or escalates when necessary Follow up and follow through on all escalated queries timeously Manage conflict Reporting Update and maintain all relevant records on a daily to ensure all activity is recorded Code of Conduct Work in a flexible way when the occasion arises so that tasks which are not specifically covered in the job description are undertaken Take Responsibility for One's Own Performance Promote TFSs & Hwaweis image and corporate citizenry through deliberate and co‑ordinated activities Adhere to the TFSs Safety Health Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management Systems Policies & Procedures as applicable to this position Ensure TFS ethical values are adhered to.
