- Identify challenges and opportunities specific to industrial sectors such as mining, energy, construction, or manufacturing.
- Showcase ProjectLinks expertise in areas like cost engineering, risk management, project planning, and stakeholder management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in business development practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field. (Advanced degrees or certifications in project management such as those offered by the PMI or AACE would be advantageous.)
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the industrial project sector.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices, particularly in high-complexity industrial projects.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of industrial project lifecycles and the challenges faced by companies in executing such projects.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and develop solutions that align with client needs.
