A leading national printing and branding company is looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to join their dynamic team. About:The Admin Clerk plays a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. This includes administrative duties, coordinating stock and deliveries, customer service, and supporting both the workshop and printing departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and able to handle various responsibilities with professionalism. Key Duties & Responsibilities:1. Administrative SupportProcess daily invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail.Perform daily banking and maintain financial recordkeeping.File all documents systematically for easy retrieval.Maintain and update the SABS Register accurately.Take minutes during weekly branch meetings.2. Stock & Delivery CoordinationAssist with loading stock and participating in routine stock counts.Schedule and coordinate deliveries efficiently.Ensure delivery records, PODs, and related documents are complete and accurate.3. Customer ServiceHandle customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.Assist walk-in customers and answer incoming calls.Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient shopfront environment.4. Operational SupportAssist the Branch Manager with daily operational tasks when needed.Provide backup support to workshop staff when delivery drivers are unavailable.Assist the printing department with basic operational requirements. Requirements:Matric / Grade 12 essentialMinimum 12 years experience in administration (experience in printing/manufacturing environment an advantage)Strong communication and customer service skillsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work under pressure and multitaskReliable, organised, and strong attention to detailMust be physically capable of assisting with stock when required
