Our client is looking for a Junior Product Manager who is dynamic, innovative, and passionate about premium FMCG brands. This individual should possess a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, with the ability to manage projects from conception through to execution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for market trends, a strong understanding of brand development, and the capability to drive product innovation within a competitive landscape. With responsibilities including product development, market analysis, and campaign management, the Junior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and consumer engagement. Strong communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a commitment to achieving excellence are essential for success in this role

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse brand profitability and brand performance within the market.

  • Assist with the annual marketing plan development.

  • Take ownership of your brand and projects and ensure new product launches and all campaign elements are on time.

  • Input ideas for new product development and manage product development process.

  • Manage Brand portfolio.

  • Plan, execute and review consumer promotions.

  • Do regular store checks in all retailers to check on initiatives and brand exposure.

  • Work with advertising and PR agencies to implement PR and advertising strategy.

  • Organize brand events and sampling according to brand plan.

  • Align with International Marketing and translate international guidelines into a local strategy for your sub brand(s).

  • Monitor brand budget.

  • Strong attention to detail to guarantee high quality level of execution for all brand related activities (NPD, packaging, BTL and ATL projects, etc.).

  • Ability to communicate with team members and management on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Completed, relevant Bachelors degree.

  • A minimum of one year's relevant experience in a similar environment, ideally with international exposure and product development experience.

  • Preferably experience with premium FMCG brands.

  • Excellent MS skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
