**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyse brand profitability and brand performance within the market.
- Assist with the annual marketing plan development.
- Take ownership of your brand and projects and ensure new product launches and all campaign elements are on time.
- Input ideas for new product development and manage product development process.
- Manage Brand portfolio.
- Plan, execute and review consumer promotions.
- Do regular store checks in all retailers to check on initiatives and brand exposure.
- Work with advertising and PR agencies to implement PR and advertising strategy.
- Organize brand events and sampling according to brand plan.
- Align with International Marketing and translate international guidelines into a local strategy for your sub brand(s).
- Monitor brand budget.

- Strong attention to detail to guarantee high quality level of execution for all brand related activities (NPD, packaging, BTL and ATL projects, etc.).
- Ability to communicate with team members and management on a daily basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed, relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of one year's relevant experience in a similar environment, ideally with international exposure and product development experience.
- Preferably experience with premium FMCG brands.
- Excellent MS skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
