Leading manufacturer of Baby Products based in Randburg are looking for a young Warehouse Administrator to join their teamProvide administrative support to warehouse operations, ensuring accurate documentation, inventory control, and smooth workflow between internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in supply chain or logistics administration.Key Responsibilities:Assist with daily warehouse administration tasks and maintain accurate recordsProcess and capture inventory movements (receipts, transfers, returns, dispatches)Generate delivery notes, purchase orders, GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers), and invoicesLiaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to track shipments and deliveriesMaintain and update warehouse system data (ERP/WMS)Support cycle counts and stock takes by preparing stock sheets and reconciling variancesTrack inbound and outbound shipmentsFile and archive warehouse documents according to SOPsMonitor stock levels and escalate shortagesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsAssist in resolving administrative or stock discrepanciesProvide general clerical support to warehouse supervisors and managerMinimum RequirementsMatric / Grade 12 (essential)Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration (advantageous)1 year experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role (advantageous but not essential for entry-level)Computer literacy: MS Excel, Word, OutlookExperience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Syspro, Sage, Oracle, NetSuite or similar) an advantageSkills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organisational and time management skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Team player with a positive, proactive attitudeProblem-solving abilityBasic understanding of inventory principle
