Introduction Probe IMT is looking for a Warehouse Controller who will be responsible for controlling the storage, distribution, inventory management and records maintenance of stock in the warehouse, to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements. Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse Process Control Control day-to-day operations in the Warehouse Plan and control warehouse, packing, transportation of items from warehouse to ensure effective customer services Prepare worker schedules and ensure warehousing and distribution workers follow safety rules Actively participates in all continuous improvement activities in warehousing Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to support dispatch time windows Handling of customer queries and escalating to the relevant department Stock Control Responsible for efficient stock & dispatch management. Control counting, identifying stock and order stock. Controlling the booking and collection of warehouse stock. Control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage Control the flow of incoming stock and outgoing stock to ensure customers receives the services on time. Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring thephysical stock is in line with the warehouse management. Forecast supply and demand to prevent stock shortages and overstocking. Placing and receive orders to replenish stocks as needed. Performing regular inventory audits and keeping stock purchasing within budget. Keep records of quality and quantity stock levels. Risk Management Ensure risk log and interventions are in place Health and Safety Compliance Ensure housekeeping of the warehouse and surroundings is of a high level of integrity. Establish and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with customers and all suppliers. Reports and administration Maintaining and updating records by doing daily stock counts. Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records. Desired Experience & Qualification 3 – 5 Years previous working experience in warehouse or distribution environment Matric or Grade 12 + Diploma in Supply Chain / Inventory Management Drivers License Forklift License #J-18808-Ljbffr
