Warehouse Manager – Lanseria, Johannesburg Introduction Crusaders Corporate is a dynamic import and wholesale business supplying an extensive range of private-label electronics and appliances to the Cash Crusaders group nationwide. We are seeking a highly capable Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Lanseria Distribution Centre . This role requires an experienced, hands-on leader with the ability to manage people, processes, and performance across multiple areas of the business. The ideal candidate is an energetic all-rounder who thrives under pressure and is competent in sales, warehousing, fleet coordination, HR, administration, and general management. Key Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse & Distribution Management Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of stock. Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure compliance with inventory control systems (ERP). Ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately, on time, and in full. Leadership & Team Management Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supervisors, warehouse staff, and drivers. Drive accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement within the team. Conduct training, performance reviews, and enforce company policies. Operations & Process Control Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and workflows. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Manage fleet scheduling, maintenance, and route planning. Administration & Reporting Monitor KPIs and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Manage budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives. Work closely with Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations. General Management Support sales and customer service teams when required. Oversee office and facility management at the distribution centre. Act as the point of accountability for all operational matters at the site. Desired Experience & Qualifications Experience in sales management, office management, general management or warehouse management ERP system proficiency (essential) and strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite). Excellent planning, organisational, and administrative skills. Strong leadership with the ability to enforce discipline fairly and consistently. High attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to perform under pressure. Valid driver’s license (Code 8 or higher). Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, business management, or related field (advantageous) Competitive remuneration is offered, highly dependent on the strength and experience of the applicant, but likely in the range of R20 000 and R25 000 depending on experience (CTC, including incentives and benefits). A record of honesty and scrupulous ethics are a requirement (a pre-employment polygraph will be conducted). Excellent and contactable references are a prerequisite for consideration.
