Duties and responsibilities:
The candidates should have a passion for client services, excel in attention to detail and aim to exceed expectations. Team players are required who can operate well under pressure and embrace Treating Customers Fairly principles.
  • Overall underwriting processes (quotations, new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, unpaids/age analysis)
  • Ensure documentation is processed accurately and correctly
  • Timeous attendance to internal and external queries
  • General administration and service delivery to Accounts Executives to enable them to render excellent service to our clients
  • Retention and Growth of client base
