**Job description**:
To provide underwriting assistance to the Advisers. The position will focus on commercial lines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capturing of underwriting data and sending quote schedules to brokers
- Capturing of underwriting data and sending quote schedules to request reinsurance
- Do Commercial Lines underwriting as per underwriting guideline for quotations
- Demonstrate knowledge of policy wordings

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- Post-Matric qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in commercial underwriting
- Basic knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance

**Skillset Required**:

- High administrative accuracy in computer work
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to do insurance studies and complete exams successfully
- Team player with high working standards
- Client centric focus to do work within service and quality standards

**Experience**:

- commercial underwriting: 2 years (required)
