Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of administrative duties, such as sorting and distributing incoming mail, drawing data from different systems, etc.Perform internal audit duties, such as going through certain lists and comparing them to branch cameras to prevent fraud.Recruitment duties, such as communicating with applicants and working through a system to compile a short list of candidates.Candidate RequirementsQualificationsMatricDegree, Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration will be advantageousRequired skillsProven success in office administrationSuperb written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality of company informationFluent in English and Afrikaans
