ENVIRONMENT:A dynamic provider of innovative Delivery and Logistics solutions seeks to fill the role of its next Marketing Manager who can help drive brand visibility and fuel customer growth. You will lead marketing initiatives across all touchpoints and be responsible for managing agencies, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring strategic alignment between brand, growth, and sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, enjoys both strategy and execution, and can bring a mix of analytical thinking and a flair for storytelling to the table. DUTIES:Strategy & Leadership -Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with company goals for customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.Lead agency relationships, aligning deliverables and campaigns to broader business objectives.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to drive integrated go-to-market efforts. Content & Communications Lead creation of all marketing content, including product marketing, long-form thought leadership, social media content, blog posts, email campaigns, and sales enablement collateral.Work with agencies to develop high-quality video and visual content.Create internal and external presentations, marketing decks, and branded materials.Review and approve blogs and collaborate on keyword research with agency partners. Email & CRM Marketing -Develop and execute monthly newsletters and targeted email campaigns for different audience segments.Coordinate automated nurture flows and behaviour-based journeys with support from agency and internal tools. Digital & Paid Media -Oversee Paid Media strategy (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta) in collaboration with agencies.Strategize and launch new campaigns to support lead generation and brand growth.Track and optimize campaign performance based on data insights. Social Media Management Own the content calendar and content creation for all platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.Monitor engagement, respond to community feedback, and track analytics to refine strategy. Website Management -Manage ongoing improvements, content updates, and SEO efforts on the company website alongside agency support.Ensure consistency of brand messaging and UX across all digital properties. Events & PR Plan and execute all aspects of events and trade shows from pre-event marketing to post-event follow-up, including booth design, swag, and lead capture.Liaise with PR agency and media houses for press features and contributed content.Coordinate internal stakeholder involvement in speaking engagements and publications. Analytics & Reporting -Own performance tracking across all marketing channels.Produce monthly reports and dashboards on campaign performance, lead quality, and channel ROI.Use insights to iterate on strategies and recommend budget allocations. REQUIREMENTS:37 Years of Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or tech-driven environment.Strong Project Management skills and experience overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for content quality and storytelling.Proficient in Digital Marketing platforms, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).Experience working with or managing creative, digital, and media agencies. Advantageous Experience in Logistics, on-demand services, or eCommerce sectors.Basic Design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma) or video editing awareness.Familiarity with B2B SaaS or marketplace models.
