**About the Role**

This position will manage client relationships, copywriting, optimisation and reporting. You will be working directly with a world class designer& copywriter and will receive guidance from a strategist.

This position is 100% remote and you must be available to work 9-5:30, Monday - Friday in the SAST Timezone.

We have team members in Cape Town And Johannesburg available for meet ups and in person trainings.

**Responsibilities**
- Continuous testing of segmentation, list growth, flows, automations, etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned client accounts
- Execute weekly reporting, and biweekly client calls.
- Analyse and communicate with the team to share learnings, and craft new strategies from previous trends.
- Project coordination for one off projects and automation build outs.
- Commit to continuously learning and innovating to beat KPIs through education and experimentation.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify and Ecommerce Marketing is necessary.
