  • Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
  • A Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CSR Administrator role or Similar Position
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Corporate Environment

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in developing and executing CSR programs and policies in line with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate CSR principles into business operations
  • Establish partnerships with local organizations, nonprofits, and other stakeholders
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating volunteer programs and community events
  • Prepare regular reports on CSR activities and outcomes for stakeholders and leadership
  • Communicate the impact of CSR initiatives through internal and external channels, including social media and newsletters.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on CSR activities and compliance
  • Manage relationships with beneficiaries of the programs and other stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Financial acumen to support the team in reviewing budgets
