  • Foster current relationships with key accounts and contribute to establishing national partnerships
  • Manage the sales team including training, objective setting and performance management
  • Report on sales performance and the results of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators such as customer acquisition costs and conversion rates
  • Work closely with stakeholders from Research and Development, Technical, Creative Services, and the broader sales team to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • CRM Management: Effectively utilise CRM tools to track customer interactions, quotes, leads, and other critical data.
  • Establish best-in-class processes to drive efficiencies and improve team performance, sharing best practice across the wider Sunsynk group
