Supported by experienced industry practitioners, subject-matter experts, and a strong senior leadership team, the organisation is well-positioned to continue accelerating its global expansion.We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join the expanding B2C team.Role FocusWe are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join the B2C division. This is a highly consultative role where you will guide prospective learners through a portfolio of course offerings and help them identify the most suitable path based on their goals and professional needs.You will manage inbound leads, conduct high-quality consultations, and close new business by clearly communicating the value of internationally recognised training programmes. The role centres on trust-building, needs analysis, and providing expert guidance that results in meaningful enrolments.You will work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless learner experience from first touchpoint to enrolment, while contributing to ambitious revenue targets aligned with the company''s growth strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-quality, consultative sales calls to understand learner goals and recommend appropriate course offeringsManage inbound leads across the full sales cycle with a personalised and seamless approachConsistently achieve and exceed individual revenue targetsMaintain a structured and visible pipeline with accurate forecastingDeliver regular sales reports and communicate risks and opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with buyer personasEnsure timely and consistent follow-up to maximise lead conversionUse CRM tools to track activity, insights, and forecasting dataWork cross-functionally with product and customer success teams to share learner feedbackContribute ideas and insights to continuously improve the consultative sales approachDesired Experience and EducationMinimum 3+ years in a senior consultative sales role with a proven record of exceeding targetsStrong experience in needs-based, advisory-style sellingExperience in education or professional development is advantageous, especially with high-value or accredited programmesAbility to build trust and act as a strategic advisor to prospective learnersComfortable managing high inbound lead volumes with consistent qualityProficient with CRM tools such as HubSpotSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaborativelyThrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a proactive mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhy Work HereOpportunities for ongoing learning and professional developmentQuarterly team events (virtual or in-person)Supportive, inclusive, and collaborative cultureOpportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing global education brand
