Would you like to manage a sales team within a fast-growing international travel business that **aspires to be the world’s best customer-focused tailor-made experiential travel company**?
The Sales Team Leader will report to the Senior Sales Manager for Germany and will be responsible for driving sales for a team of up to 5 travel sales specialists, as well as contributing with their own sales for their assigned destinations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively lead and support a sales team of up to 3 team members to achieve their sales goals
- Develop and coach existing team members on sales and analytical skills to enhance their performance
- Contribute with your own sales towards team targets, using your B2C sales capability
- Conduct effective team meetings and sales blitzes to ensure high motivation and knowledge sharing between team members
- Facilitate sharing of standard methodologies within and across other sales teams.
- Set goals and priorities for each team member in line with the company goals, track activities and team performance on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
**What we are looking for?**:
- A track record of successfully leading a sales team with excellent sales results in a B2C environment
- Experience using a consultative sales methodology
- Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
- A university degree or equivalent experience
- Commercial foresight and a sales mindset
- Ability to motivate people to achieve great results
- Comfort to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with ambiguity and agility
- Personal accountability to make things happen and to ensure results
- Flexibility and resilience, ability to bounce back from setbacks and have a “positive” attitude to life
