Personal Secretary to the Leadership Team

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Secretary to join our Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Director and contribute to the success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the Director's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Develop and implement effective procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Maintain a secure and organized workspace, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Assist in the development of business strategies and goals.
- Coordinate events, workshops, and functions as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in executive administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Fluency in English (required); proficiency in isiXhosa is an asset.
- Valid driver's license.
