Training: Immediately

Working hours: 8am - 4.45pm at the Offices in Rondebosch Cape Town

HARD SKILLS:

  • Admin experience essential
  • Must be capable of managing multiple online diaries and professionally communicating with clients.
  • Must be computer literate - Software used: Online Skynamo tracking system, One Drive - file share, Outlook emails & online calendar, Excel
SOFT SKILLS:
  • The position requires strong inter-personal, organisational, admin and multi-tasking skills
  • Must have strong communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Problem solving & strategizing ability
  • Language: well spoken, verbal & written in English
  • Understand the need to handle tasks to completion, and ask for support when needed, supporting multiple communication devices/software (WhatsApp, Emails, Calls, Online Diaries)
  • Capable of learning and following company SOPS
NON-NEGOTIABLE:
  • Reliable transport to and from work. Car with valid driver licence preferable
  • No additional work, beauty salon or otherwise, is permitted during the week or weekend. And while we promote self-growth, we will not employ someone who is studying to move into a different career.
  • Due to working hours, family support would be needed for children (where age appropriate). This is compulsory as the position is full time and not flexi-hours.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Must be presentable and take care of her appearance (clothes, hair, makeup up etc)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  • They would receive a well-developed client base and be responsible for supporting the sale steams diaries/bookings and helping to grow active client base as per the company SOPs and KPIs (under the guidance of the management team)
  • Phone & Laptop supplied (Minutes & data included) for work calls and use only.
  • The position is open to all races, however is only available to a female candidate.
