ENVIRONMENT:THE expertise of a strategic-thinking Salesforce Solutions Consultant is sought by a Business Management company where you will serve as the critical link between clients' business needs and cutting-edge Salesforce tech. You'll collaborate with Sales teams to uncover client requirements; design tailored solutions and lead compelling presentations that showcase the business value. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional who can wear multiple hats - from configuring Salesforce workflows and dashboards to delivering end-user training and providing post-launch support. Your role will be pivotal in driving adoption and realizing measurable outcomes for clients. You will also require strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and a knack for creative problem-solving. You must preferably have 3+ years of experience in a similar role and hands-on Salesforce expertise. DUTIES:Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, building strong, trusted relationships while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.Your analytical skills will shine as you conduct in-depth discovery sessions, translate complex needs into clear solution designs, and work closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and architectural integrity.
