Role Summary We are representing a prominent Salesforce consulting partner in South Africa seeking an experienced Solution Architect. This is a key, client‑facing role where you will be responsible for designing and delivering high‑impact solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position is ideal for a technical and consultative expert who excels at translating complex business challenges into robust, scalable, and effective solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role offers continuous learning and prevents the monotony of working on a single internal system. Be a Strategic Partner – This is not just a technical implementation role. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding their technical strategy and helping them make decisions that directly impact their business success. Own the Solution Design – You will have ownership of the end‑to‑end solution, from initial discovery and workshops to creating the architectural blueprint. Your designs will be the foundation for project success. Accelerate Your Expertise – Working in a partner environment is a fast track for professional growth. You will gain deep, hands‑on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds, complex integrations, and large‑scale data models. What You Will Be Doing Leading technical workshops with clients to understand their business requirements and pain points. Designing and documenting end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, including data architecture, integration patterns, and security models. Creating the technical blueprints and roadmaps that guide the development and implementation teams. Acting as the senior technical expert and quality assurance lead throughout the project lifecycle. Mentoring developers and consultants, sharing your knowledge of best practices. Staying current with the latest Salesforce features and platform updates to provide informed recommendations. What You Will Bring Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, ideally within a consulting or partner environment. Deep technical knowledge across the Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and an understanding of integration patterns). A strong, consultative approach with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical ideas clearly. Experience in designing scalable solutions and understanding architectural trade‑offs. Relevant Salesforce certifications (such as Application Architect or System Architect) are highly beneficial. You must be based in South Africa to be considered for this role.
