Customer Engagement and Service
  • Greet and engage with potential clients visiting.
  • Provide information about automotive products and services.
  • Answer client inquiries and address their needs effectively.
  • Manage client interactions from inquiry to completion, provide repair updates and address concerns.
  • Resolve complaints professionally, and gather feedback for improvement
Team Collaboration
  • Work with technicians to ensure clear communication on repairs and timelines
Quality Control
  • Ensure all work meets company standards and client satisfaction.
Estimates and Admin
  • Assist Clients to understand repair costs, maintain records and coordinate with insurers.
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Min of 2 years + in Customer Service, ideally in Automotive/Panel beating Industries
  • Knowledge of Automotive terms and repair processes is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills with a customer first attitude.
  • PC literate with MS Office Suite experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Professional with integrity
  • Detail orientated and proactive
  • Drivers license and own transport essential
  • Reside within the Stellenbosch region
