Requirements:Grade 12; a hospitality qualification will be an advantage.12 years experience in a reception or switchboard role, ideally in a hospitality setting.Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).Well-organized with strong attention to detail.Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to work flexible hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays.Professional, friendly, and confident when dealing with guests.
