Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately calculate and manage costings related to dispatch operations.
  • Coordinate and oversee the loading of trucks to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Review and analyze orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before dispatch
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee factory operations and supervise workers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, management, and customers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for dispatch operations.
Qualifications:
  • Matric
  • Proven experience in dispatch operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Working hours:
Monday - Thursday (7.30 am - 4.30 pm)
Friday (7.30 am - 2 pm)

Remuneration: R10 000 - R12 000 monthly
