Senior Trainer Hospitality Division

What youll be doingDesign and deliver training programs across front office, housekeeping, and guest servicesCoach and mentor supervisors and managers in preparation for succession into key rolesIdentify and develop high-potential staff for leadership pipelinesConduct skills gap analyses and align training with operational and brand standardsStandardize training materials, SOPs, and competency assessments across propertiesPartner with HR and Operations to support performance management and career development initiativesWhat youll needDiploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field5 - 8 years hotel management experience, preferably as Rooms Division or Operations ManagerProven experience in staff training, mentoring, and performance developmentKnowledge of housekeeping standards, front office systems, and guest experience managementETDP/SETQAA or facilitator/assessor certification is advantageousValid drivers license and access to a car (travel to multiple sites required)Clear criminal recordGrade 12 certificate and further education diplomaSkills & Competencies:Strong leadership and coaching abilityDeep understanding of hotel operations and service standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; presentable and able to engage effectively with staff at all levelsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple properties or training sitesResults-driven with excellent administrative and reporting skillsPassionate about people development and long-term talent growthWhat is in it for you?Competitive salary with provident fund contribution R30 000 to R35 000 CTC per month based on qualification and experience with provident fund contributions.Opportunity to make a measurable impact on staff development and service excellenceExposure to multiple hotel properties and operational functionsCareer growth opportunities within a leading hospitality training environmentA Few Things to KnowThis position reports to the Training and Development ManagerExtensive travel across Gauteng to different client sites is required Ready to Apply?Click Apply and please complete your application in full.If you dont hear from us within 3 months, your application was not successful.
