What youll be doingConduct daily site visits and on-site training for cleaning and hospitality staffFacilitate orientation sessions, refresher training, and site-specific operational trainingImplement and monitor company training programs and SpecCon learning modulesEvaluate employee competency and performance post-trainingIdentify training and development needs across sites and recommend interventionsSupport succession planning by identifying high-performing employees ("superstars")Maintain accurate training records and submit monthly reports timeouslyConduct OHS checks, audits, and ensure health & safety compliance at all sitesPerform equipment inspections and operational readiness checksEnsure adherence to company standards, policies, and client service expectationsEngage regularly with Operations Managers and General Managers on training feedback and site performancePromote consistent service delivery, safety awareness, and professional conduct across teamsWhat youll need35 years experience as a Trainer within the Cleaning or Hospitality industryProven track record of facilitating operational, compliance, and skills-based trainingKnowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, equipment, and occupational safety practicesStrong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skillsRelevant Training / HR / Hospitality qualification (ETDP or similar advantageous)Valid drivers license and own reliable transport (travel required)Computer literacy (MS Office, learning platforms)Clear criminal recordValid License & Own vehicle (mandatory)What is in it for you?Permanent role offering stability and growth within a reputable services groupCompetitive salary: R25 000 R30 000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)Inclusive, people-focused environment where training and quality matterOpportunity to make a real impact by shaping workforce capability and service standardsA Few Things to KnowBased in Honeydew, Gauteng, with regular travel to various sitesReports to the Training & Development Manager / General ManagerThe role requires a proactive trainer with strong operational insight and attention to detailExperience in cleaning or hospitality training will be a strong advantageTravelling to different client sites will be compulsory.Ready to Apply?Click Apply and please complete your application in full.If you dont hear from us within 3 months, your application was not successful.
